How To Mail Or Fax In Your Order

Please follow the instructions below in order to make a purchase by Mail or Fax. All orders are processed as soon as they are received in our shipping center as long as a valid payment method is confirmed.

Note: Check orders are held for 30 days. Money Orders and Credit Card payments are processed immediately.

To Receive an E-Mail Version of Your Order To Mail or Fax In:

• 1.  Fill Your Shopping Cart
  Add all the items that you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, just as though you were going to make an online purchase. This also includes memberships to any or all of the available fan clubs that VIP FAN CLUBS currently manages.
  
• 2.  Log In
  If you are a member already, make sure that you are logged in so that we can add your discount.
  
• 3.  Start Checkout
  When you have selected all of the items that you wish to purchase, click the CHECKOUT button.
  
• 4.  Enter Mailing Information
  Complete Step One and Two of the Checkout process which includes your billing information and shipping information, if they are different.
  
• 5.  Choose Option "Mail/Fax" As Method Of Payment
  At Step Three of the checkout process, you will select the "Mail/Fax" option in the PAYMENT METHOD pull-down menu. This is right in the list with the options for the various credit cards we accept. Then click the CONTINUE button.
  
• 6.  Print The Order For Mail-in
  You will now see a link as well as a display of a "Printable" invoice. You just need to print out this invoice and mail or fax it in to the address listed on the top...with payment of course.
  
• ***  COMPLETE ALL FIELDS  ***
  Make sure that you fill in all of the available fields, including your email address, so that we can send you a confirmation email when we receive your order and payment. Not completing the order form correctly or completely could result in significant delays.
